In Slovak gas utility company SPP, we have implemented multimedia IP telephony contact center Ericsson Solidus eCare. The centre is a distributed solution, as individual operators are located in various parts of Slovakia. The solution integrates two virtual contact centers into one system. Sales department contact center provides various channels (voice, fax, e-mail) for communication with customers, supporting numerous activities related to invoices, gas meters and contracts. Distribution department call center collects information about end-users‘ problems.


For Kooperativa insurance company, we have implemented contact center Ericsson Solidus eCare, a solution based on communication system MD 110 BC12. This infrastructure is groundwork for two virtual contact centers – toll-free info line and central dispatching for insurance claims. Call center is run by dozens of operators. Contact center Solidus eCare is integrated with internal IT database system. The solution also supports recording of calls made between operators and clients.
