Managed services market is developing rapidly in Slovakia. Alison considers this market as a high-priority area with big potential.

Unlike concept of outsourcing, in which customer owns technology and supplier provides relevant services, managed services is a pure provision of service, technology being owned by a supplier. Such business model enables customer to make full use of latest up-to-date technologies without need to invest a single Euro.

Typical representatives of managed services are virtual contact centers, which have infrastructure capacity owned by provider and shared among numerous users.

Alison is technologically ready for this type of service; we expect its Slovak boom to come during following two to three years. Currently, most demand comes from banking, insurance and industrial sector customers.
