of services is designed for customers who do not have increased requirements in the area of service support, but perceive the reliable operation of communication system as important. We offer regular prophylactic maintenance and professional technical consultancy.


Silver package
of services provides extended 12 hour service support within scope of bronze package services.


Golden package
of services is suitable for clients who need to support operation and service of communication system even during non-business hours and weekends. Service includes also 4 hours of pre-paid supplementary services per month, during which all service activities and system adjustments can be performed in line with your requests. 
   
Platinum package
of services is designed for customers with high requirements on operation and reliability of the system, in addition to fast response to individual requirements. Reaction time for start-up of diagnostics and error removal is shortened to two hours. 


Operations package
of services includes all services provided in platinum package plus provisioning of telecommunication system operations and related activities, such as system operation management, change management, alarm monitoring, emergency service, settings adjustments and other premium services.
It is possible to extend individual packages by other supplementary services from our portfolio, in line with individual customer requests.
