Movements, add-ons, changes (MAC)

Alison Slovakia performs daily changes in customer’s communication system, such as new employee arrival, change in responsibilities or change of location of work place.

We offer following options: 

• Remote MAC: Necessary program changes are provided within 5 business days after receiving order. Confirmation of execution of ordered services are sent via e-mail, fax or other communication channel preferred by customer. Reaction times of the service can be altered after mutual agreement. We provide report about performed activities every three months.
• MAC performed at client site: If the customer requires personal visit of technician, we prepare specific price offer. All such services are provided independently of previously agreed services and charged in line with current pricelist.
