Charge-free repairs of replacement parts

This service provides charge-free repairs of components agreed and listed in contract.

The service also includes replacement of broken component part within either period agreed in contract:

• Replacement of broken component within 24 hours after problem is reported 
• Replacement of broken component within 30 days after problem is reported
